These SMS Terms explain how text messages work when you ask to receive them from FindAWindowPro.com (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by QuotePorch.com. They are part of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

What you are agreeing to

When you check the text-message consent box on a quote form, or otherwise tell us you want texts, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you gave us about your quote request, including messages that may be sent with automated technology. The messages may come from us or from the insurance carriers, agencies and marketing partners listed on our Marketing Partners page, which may have their own terms. The same applies to home improvement companies that serve your area.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our site and request quotes without agreeing to text messages. You may be able to get quotes by phone instead.

Types of messages

Messages relate to your request: confirming it, telling you about quotes or offers, and follow-ups from companies that serve your area. We do not text you unless you have asked us to.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request and your replies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may get one last message confirming it.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • You can also use our unsubscribe form at any time.

Opting out of our messages does not automatically opt you out of messages from a partner company. Reply STOP to that company’s messages, or follow its opt-out instructions.

Carriers and availability

Text messaging depends on your wireless carrier and phone. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are not available on every carrier or in every area.

Your privacy

We use your phone number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing unless you consented to be contacted by them, as shown on our Marketing Partners page.
