California and State Privacy Rights Notice

Last Updated: October 22, 2026

This notice is for residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws. It supplements the Privacy Policy of FindAWindowPro.com, operated by QuotePorch.com, and explains the choices those laws give you.

Your rights

  • Know and access: ask what personal information we collected, used, disclosed or shared, and get a copy.
  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, with legal exceptions.
  • Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: tell us not to sell or share your personal information.
  • No retaliation: we will not treat you worse for using these rights.

What “sell” and “share” mean here

When you request quotes, we pass your information to the insurance carriers, agencies and marketing partners you ask to hear from, as listed on our Marketing Partners page. We also use advertising and analytics tags on our site. Under some state laws, either can count as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to use your rights

  1. Opt out of advertising tags on this browser: use the button on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as the same request.
  2. Ask us to act on your account data (opt out, delete or get a copy): submit the form on that same page, or email [email protected].
  3. Stop emails, texts and calls: use our unsubscribe form or see the SMS Terms.

We may need to confirm it is you, for example by matching the email address you used with us. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof of authority. We respond within the time the law requires, which is usually 45 days, and tell you if we need more time.

Information we collect

The categories of personal information we collect, where it comes from, why we use it and who receives it are listed in our Privacy Policy.
